We are looking for a highly driven and strategic General Operations Manager based in LATAM to help optimize and lead our day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence and supporting our rapid growth across the region.
About the Role:
The General Operations Manager LATAM will oversee and optimize daily business operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals. This role requires a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across departments.
- Design, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute company strategy and growth initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Optimize resource allocation and team productivity.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team structuring alongside HR.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and scalability across all processes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business operations, process optimization, and performance management.
- Experience working in startups, fintech, or crypto environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs and data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM Systems, Project Management Tools, Microsoft 365, and Communication Tool (VoIP).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations, or a related field.
