Role Overview:
- We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Digital Presence Manager to take ownership of our online visibility and digital ecosystem.
- This role combines search engine optimization (SEO), website management, and Google Business Profile optimization with a strong focus on aligning website and social media strategies to drive consistent traffic and conversions.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that all digital channels work cohesively to strengthen brand presence of all companies and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).
- Conduct keyword research aligned with behavioral health services and local search intent.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance and continuously refine strategies based on analytics.
Website Management:
- Manage and update the company website (content, landing pages, blogs, performance).
- Ensure optimal site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience (UX/UI).
- Implement conversion-focused strategies (CTAs, funnels, lead capture forms).
- Coordinate with developers/designers when needed.
Google Business Profile Optimization:
- Fully optimize and manage Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business).
- Ensure accuracy of listings, services, photos, and updates.
- Develop strategies to increase local visibility and map rankings.
- Monitor and respond to reviews to enhance reputation management.
Traffic Growth & Digital Alignment:
- Create and execute strategies to drive traffic across website and social media platforms.
- Ensure brand messaging and campaigns are consistent across all digital channels.
- Collaborate on content strategies that align SEO with social media engagement.
- Track user journeys from social media to website conversions.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track KPIs such as organic traffic, bounce rate, conversions, and rankings.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, website management, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of increasing website traffic and search rankings.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics.
- Google Search Console.
- Google Business Profile.
- SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and website performance optimization.
- Experience managing CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or service-based businesses.
- Knowledge of local SEO strategies and multi-location optimization.
- Familiarity with paid ads (Google Ads, social media ads) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
