Job DescriptionOn behalf of our client, Ander, we are searching for a B2B Sales Representative.What You’ll DoOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across target verticals including automotive, retail, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing.Conduct compelling, consultative discovery sessions to understand buyer pain points and align Ander solutions to business outcomes.Deliver tailored product demonstrations across the full suite—Trivie, ESi-Q, Fuel, and Call-iQ—both individually and as an integrated platform.Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns, attend industry events, and leverage your network to generate pipeline.Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and set clients up for measurable results from day one.Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain clean CRM (HubSpot) hygiene to support leadership visibility and decision-making.Stay sharp on L&D, HR tech, and workforce performance trends to credibly engage VP- and C-suite buyers.Represent Ander with professionalism, energy, and a genuine commitment to client success.What We’re Looking ForRequired3+ years of B2B technology and consultative sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota.Experience selling to HR, L&D, Operations, or C-suite decision-makers at mid-market or enterprise organizations.Consultative sales approach with the ability to map complex solutions to business outcomes.Strong presentation and communication skills—comfortable leading demos, facilitating workshops, and navigating multi-stakeholder deals.Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).Self-starter mentality: you manage your time, own your pipeline, and hold yourself accountable to results.PreferredExperience selling learning & development, HR technology, employee engagement, or workforce performance solutions.Familiarity with the automotive, retail, or hospitality industries.Experience with call analytics, conversation intelligence, or related technologies.Track record of multi-product or platform-level selling.Compensation & BenefitsOn-Target Earnings  $150,000 OTE (base + commission)Commission Structure Uncapped commissions with accelerators above quotaBenefits Comprehensive health, dental & vision | Remote-friendly | Flexible PTO | Professional developmentWhy AnderSell a platform that genuinely works—backed by Fortune 500 clients and measurable results in the market.Join a mission-driven team that cares deeply about the impact of learning and development on real people.Operate with autonomy and be rewarded for performance—with uncapped earnings and a team that celebrates wins.Work at the intersection of AI, behavioral science, and workforce performance—one of the most compelling spaces in tech today.Be part of a growing company where your contributions directly shape the trajectory of the business.
