Responsibilities:
- Complete project-based tasks such as transcription, translation, voice recording, AI training, and microtask annotation.
- Transcribe audio and video content accurately while following language-specific guidelines.
- Translate content between languages while preserving meaning, tone, and context.
- Record high-quality voice samples based on provided scripts and instructions.
- Label, review, and evaluate data to support AI model training and improvement.
- Follow detailed project guidelines, formatting rules, and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks and revise work based on feedback.
- Manage tasks independently and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in deliverables.
Requirements:
- Based in North America, Europe, Asia, or South America.
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: English (US), English (UK), Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Hungarian, Dutch (Netherlands), Norwegian (Norway), Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Indonesian, Russian, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese.
- Strong written and/or spoken communication skills in your working language(s).
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to detailed guidelines consistently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy across tasks.
- Basic technical proficiency (comfortable using online platforms, tools, and workflows).
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in transcription, translation, voice recording, data annotation, or AI training.
- Familiarity with AI tools, language platforms, or crowdsourcing environments.
- Background in linguistics, communications, or related fields.
- Experience working on remote, freelance, or project-based tasks.
