ACE Money Transfer provides online remittance services to individuals in 28 countries across UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia, enabling them to send money across borders in over 100 countries.Position Title: Payments Operations OfficerPosition SummaryThe Payments Operations Officer / Executive supports the smooth and efficient execution of daily business operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in operations within a fast-paced environment. The position involves cross-department coordination, customer issue resolution, and operational support to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.Duties & Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively support Operations and Customer Support teams.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely issue resolution.Liaise with the Fraud Department to report and follow up on potentially fraudulent activities.Keep the supervisor informed of operational issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.Support interdepartmental coordination to resolve customer complaints efficiently.Respond to customer and internal complaint-related emails in a timely and professional manner.Provide operational backup support to team members when required.Assist in conducting quality assurance surveys and updating reports accordingly.Coordinate with Operations Team Leads to help identify and resolve operational gaps and improve efficiencies.Escalate operational and customer-related issues appropriately and ensure proper follow-up for resolution.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
