Responsibilities

As the Chief Capital Officer, your mission is to manage the "Product" that is our Company in the eyes of the global financial market. You will report directly to the CEO/Founders and own the entire capital lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Capital Architecture: Design and execute a multi-jurisdictional funding roadmap (Pre-Seed to Series A) that leverages our dual LATAM/EU presence. - Narrative Engineering: Translate complex ML/AI technical milestones into high-alpha investment opportunities for VCs, Family Offices, and Strategic Partners. - Equity & Cap Table Management: Model dilution scenarios, manage ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plans), and ensure the cap table remains "clean" for Tier-1 institutional investors. - Strategic Liquidity: Identify and cultivate relationships with M&A targets or acquirers early in the cycle, positioning the startup as a critical infrastructure piece in the AI ecosystem. - Financial Operations: Oversee burn rate vs. compute-scale modeling to ensure our technical growth is always backed by runway. The Ideal Profile: - Background: 3+ years in Venture Capital, Investment Banking (Tech/AI focus), or as a "Fundraising Founder" who has successfully exited or scaled a startup. - Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the 2026 AI Valuation Landscape (knowledge of tokenomics, compute-as-equity, or AI-specific SaaS multiples). - Network: An active rolodex of investors in both the LATAM ecosystem and European hubs (London, Berlin, Paris). - Language: Native or professional fluency in English. Spanish/Portuguese is a significant plus.
