Requirements and responsibilities

We’re looking for a fast, creative, and highly motivated Shopify Backend expert to join our team. You must know how to move quickly, execute without being micromanaged, and bring ideas to life in real time. This is not a role for someone who needs a playbook handed to them-it’s for someone who builds the playbook and gets it done.You’ll take ownership of the backend of our Shopify store, connect systems to for products, orders, marketing, and front-end experiences. We’re looking for someone who breaks roadblocks, asks smart questions, and takes full responsibility for results.Key Responsibilities:Build landing pages, improve navigation, and streamline the checkout processManage and optimize the Shopify front-end for performance, mobile UX, and speedBuild and manage the backend of our marketing stackIntegrate and manage Google shopping feedsTroubleshoot and manage system issuesManage listings and product pagesAutomate and connect systems to improve workflow and performanceRequired Skills and Qualifications:Communicate with clarity and push through ambiguity to get things doneWork with urgency—deliver clear, fast results without endless meetingsStrong Shopify front-end and back-end experience-comfortable with design, customization, and integrationsKnowledge of ad platforms and ecommerce marketing funnelsHands-on experience with product feeds, retargeting, and segmentationTech-savvy and highly efficient-knows how to use tools to scale effortStrong written and verbal communicatorAggressive in asking questions, solving problems, and removing blockersSelf-starter who takes ownership and executes fastMust be able to work during US time zone hours
