Helium SEO is offering an incredible part-time opportunity as a Sales Development rep. This role pays an hourly rate with a bonus incentive for every qualified meeting booked. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the critical first point of contact for potential clients in the digital marketing landscape. To apply to this role, you must be located in one of the following states: Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Florida, Colorado, Utah, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Maine.What You'll DoYour role is the heartbeat of our sales process, where your communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit will shine:Strategic Prospecting: Leverage advanced tools like ZoomInfo and Koncert to identify and engage potential clientsRelationship Building: Use consultative selling techniques to connect with prospects and create meaningful business relationships (all over the phone!)Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads, schedule appointments, and maintain meticulous records in our HubSpot CRMContinuous Learning: Participate in sales meetings and training sessions that will sharpen your professional skillsIn this role, you will use Koncert to call home service companies and discuss Helium's SEO and SEM offerings. The objective is to book a meeting with the prospect to meet with our AEs.We're Looking For Someone Who:Required SkillsYou must have cold calling/prospecting experience!Thrives in a high-energy, high-volume communication environmentPossesses exceptional verbal and written communication abilitiesDemonstrates self-motivation and an insatiable desire to learnHas a foundational understanding of sales and marketing principlesExcels in time management and organizationPreferred BackgroundExperience in sales, call center, CSR, or customer service roleFamiliarity with CRM systemsSome knowledge of Digital MarketingStrong research and problem-solving capabilitiesAble to work 15-20 hours consistently each week. You will need to be able to call sometime during standard business hours (8 am ET - 6 pm ET Monday-Friday).
