Responsibilities


Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies, and conducts cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems. Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify a computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if the requested program or program change is possible within the existing system. This position serves as a hands-on System Administrator for the company's Salesforce Orgs. This position requires a wide range of skills, including setting up new Orgs from scratch, integration with 3rd party tools, data migration, use of CI/CD frameworks, troubleshooting systems including production, and performing other administrative tasks as required. This position will require hands-on experience as an Administrator, and prior Salesforce custom development experience is a plus. Familiarity with DocuSign and Azure Data Factory is also a plus. The company's Salesforce team follows Agile (Scrum), and this role should have experience with Agile methodologies. This position requires availability for 24/7 support. Minimum Requirements: * Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing, maintaining, and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments. Implement and improve security policies and practices. * Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management, including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum. * Experience in data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products. * Experience in overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incidents and recommending technology solutions. * Experience in implementing authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML). * Experience in Salesforce implementation and development, including writing Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components. * Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, and Jitterbit. * Agile Software Development Methodologies experience. * Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
