You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, usable designs. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their craft, comfortable owning features end-to-end, and energized by the pace and ambiguity of a startup environment.LocationThis position is remote within the United States or Canada and requires collaboration with team members across multiple time zones.What You’ll DoDesign user experiences for new and existing product features using Material design and an existing components libraryCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using FigmaCollaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure designs are feasible, well-scoped, and implemented as intendedWork effectively with teammates across multiple time zones, balancing synchronous and asynchronous collaborationContribute to and help evolve design systems, patterns, and documentationIterate quickly based on feedback, data, and changing prioritiesBalance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in a fast-moving environmentWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in UX, Product Design, or a related roleStrong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototypingSolid understanding of UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and usability principlesExperience working cross-functionally with product managers and engineersAbility to collaborate across time zones using clear documentation and async communicationComfort working in a startup or fast-paced environmentClear communication skillsMinimum Education RequirementBachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceNice to HaveExperience contributing to a design systemFamiliarity with usability testing and researchExposure to analytics or data-informed designExperience with B2B or SaaS products
