Responsibilities

You help create faceless video content with our video editor and run our daily social media. You also manage our community and affiliate program in ShopMY & LTK (Like to Know It). This is a full-time remote position. What You Will Do Create Video Content * Plan and help execute faceless videos (product shots, text overlays, using pre-recorded b-roll) with our video editor. * Direct the video editor on what stories to make for Instagram and Facebook. * Help the ad team create video ads with the video editor. * Work with the video editor to repurpose any of our founder's YouTube videos into Reels and short clips. * Come up with ideas for quick video content. * Create videos in CapCut when it is slow to build up an idea bank of content for stories, reels, and static carousel posts. Posting * Post all content to Instagram and Facebook (your videos and static posts from our designer). * Keep the content calendar on track. * Make sure nothing gets missed. Community Management * Respond to comments. * Respond to DMs. * Build relationships with followers. * Build out DM flows with the help of LTK. * Flag important messages for the team. * Send customer questions to the right person. Affiliate Program * Find and recruit new affiliates. * Send product to affiliates. * Maintain relationships with affiliates. * Track affiliate performance. * Keep the affiliate program organized. What You Will Not Do Most Days (but some days you may need to) * Static graphics (Copywriter and Designer handle this). * Writing captions and ad copy (Copywriter and Designer handle this). * Long-form video editing (Video Editor handles this). Platforms You Will Use Instagram Facebook Meta Business Suite Video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) Affiliate tracking tools, Shop My and LTK Who You Work With Manager and Founder Copywriter and Designer Video Editor Email Marketing Manager Experience Required * 3 years of social media experience (minimum). * Experience creating short-form video content. * Experience with Instagram and Facebook. * Experience managing a community. * Experience with affiliate programs is a plus but not required. * Ecommerce or product brand experience is a plus. Skills You Need * Video Creation * You can make faceless video content from templates. * You know how to edit short videos (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). * You understand what stops the scroll. * You understand hooks and engagement. * You have ideas, not just execution.
