Lead a Western retail store by managing daily operations, staff performance, and customer experience. Ensure a welcoming, authentic Western atmosphere aligned with brand standards while driving sales and maintaining inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized store environment. * Hire, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service. * Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and merchandising standards. * Handle cash management, opening/closing procedures, and employee scheduling. * Consistently work to achieve and exceed store sales targets. Key Challenges: * Meet and exceed store sales goals in a competitive retail landscape. * Manage staff schedules and performance to ensure optimal store coverage. Must-Have Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in fashion retail stores. * At least 1 year as a Store Manager. * Proven experience maintaining inventory accuracy and merchandising. * Experience in Western retail stores such as Wild Bill's Western Store, Cavender's, Tecovas, Lucchese, Pinto Ranch, Boot Barn, Gomez Western Wear, or Bronco Western. * Retail Apparel & Fashion industry experience is mandatory.
