About the Role We are hiring experienced Python developers to analyze real codebases and pull requests, and help train AI systems that generate code. This is hands-on engineering work, not theory. What You’ll Do - Review unfamiliar Python repositories. - Analyze pull requests (PRs). - Summarize codebases and changes. - Write AI agent instructions based on PRs. - Identify edge cases and potential issues. Requirements - Python experience (≈ 1+ year or equivalent). - Experience working with GitHub repositories. - Understanding of pull requests. - Ability to read and understand unfamiliar codebases. - Strong written communication. Nice to Have - Open-source contributions. - DevOps or backend experience. - Experience training or evaluating AI systems. Notes - Degree not required. - Real experience matters more than credentials. - High task volume available for strong performers.
