About the Role
We are a U.S. immigration law firm serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a fluent-English high-ticket sales closer to convert qualified inbound leads into retainer clients for our legal services, including family-based cases, business immigration, EB-1/NIW, investor visas, waivers and humanitarian cases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Zoom or phone consultations with inbound leads
* Identify client needs and present solutions
* Close retainers ranging from US$3,000 to US$12,000
* Maintain CRM for lead tracking and follow-ups
Compensation & Incentives:
* High commissions, with top closers earning $2,500 USD or more per month
* Weekly and monthly performance bonuses
* Uncapped earnings
* All leads provided, no cold calling required
Requirements:
* Fluent English (C1–C2)
* 2+ years of high-ticket closing experience
* Experience selling to U.S. clients via phone or Zoom
* Strong remote work discipline and CRM familiarity
* Must be based in LATAM and work EST hours
