Requirements and responsibilities

Senior ServiceNow Developer (IRM / SecOps) responsible for hands-on design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform (SecOps & IRM). Key duties include configuring workflows, forms, UI policies, and ACLs; building automated workflows, risk scoring models, indicators, dashboards, and reporting; configuring continuous monitoring, attestation workflows, and evidence collection; ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform guardrails; managing platform upgrades and ensuring compatibility of customizations; optimizing existing IRM modules for performance and usability; maintaining data integrity, process governance, and platform compliance; identifying opportunities for automation within GRC/IRM; ensuring alignment with regulatory, compliance, and audit standards; scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST APIs); integrating with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management and risk platforms; developing automated playbooks and security orchestration.
