Brand ManagementEnsure consistent brand identity and messaging across all digital and offline touchpoints.Oversee the evolution and positioning of each brand within Archipelago's portfolio.Collaborate with design and communications teams to maintain brand integrity in visuals, tone, and guest experience.3. Hotel Support & CollaborationProvide guidance and marketing support to hotel General Managers and property-level staff marketing managers.Align property marketing activities with corporate brand strategy.Evaluate marketing requests from properties to ensure strategic and brand alignment.4. Budget & Performance ManagementDevelop and manage the annual marketing budget.Allocate resources efficiently across campaigns, markets, and digital initiatives.Report on marketing performance and KPIs.5.
