Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned area.Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities across the Oil & Gas sector, with expanded focus on adjacent industries including Petrochemicals, Chemicals, and other industrial markets.Manage and grow relationships with key clients, EPCs, distributors, and end-users.Lead and support a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and performance management.Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical industry is an advantageStrong technical understanding of industrial products, systems, or services.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.Preferred Skills:Experience working with EPCs, refineries, chemical plants, or industrial service providers.Knowledge of process equipment, instrumentation, or specialty chemicals.Proficiency in English is required; fluency in German or other languages is a plus.Familiarity with regional market dynamics and regulatory frameworks
