Requirements and responsibilities


Engagement Lead / Customer Success Lead (6–8 years in Software Services/IT) — Pune / Remote with US shift (6 PM–3 AM, Mon–Fri). You’ll own relationships, drive strategy, oversee MSAs & SOWs, mitigate risks, lead governance and strategic communications, and strengthen executive‑level partnerships across Sales, Delivery, Recruitment, Marketing, and CXO stakeholders. Qualifications include a CS degree or MBA (preferred), strong business acumen, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and experience managing complex engagements.
