If you excel at navigating complex project lifecycles and fostering seamless communication across borders, we want to meet you!Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while balancing the demands of multiple projects.Act as the main bridge between Latin American development teams and US clients.Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.Monitor project budgets and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.Promote and refine Agile best practices within the organization.What we're looking for5+ years of experience managing software development projects from inception to delivery.Startup Experience: essential background working in fast-paced startup environments, managing rapid growth and evolving priorities.Multi-project Mastery: proven track record of overseeing multiple simultaneous projects and keeping them on track.Technical Savvy: strong understanding of the SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and technical concepts.Leadership: ability to motivate and lead distributed teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers.Tooling Proficiency: expert-level use of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.Language: advanced English proficiency (C1 - C2) is a must.Location: remote, but candidates must be based in one of the following cities: New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Houston.Nice to haveBilingual Skills: proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Certifications: PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), etc.Educational Background: bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.Ready to lead impactful projects with us?
