We do this through HCD and Service design practices, product thinking, and skilled engineering. You own execution across complex, data-intensive systems and ensure teams deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions. You operate as both a people leader and a technical leader, driving outcomes in a high-stakes, regulated environment. You partner with Product, Design, Security, and CMS stakeholders to align engineering execution with program priorities.
