The ideal candidate will have expertise in either C# or Python and a passion for innovation. This role requires the ability to work independently, conduct research into emerging technologies, and adapt to changing requirements. We are currently undergoing a large restructure of existing capabilities to build a platform that allows for rapid innovation, development and global capabilities deployed to local regions.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Azure SaaS applications and Function Apps.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Conduct research into upcoming technologies and integrate them into projects.Rapidly prototype solutions to validate concepts and ideas.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.Required Experience5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and deploying production-grade cloud applicationsStrong experience developing cloud-native applications in Microsoft Azure (preferred), including PaaS and serverless services such as Azure Functions, App Services,Event Grid, Service Bus, Storage, and related componentsExperience designing and implementing distributed, event-driven, or microservices-based architecturesProficiency in C#/.NETExperience with Cosmos, Gremlin and TSQLExperience building secure, scalable REST APIs and integrating with third-party servicesPreferred ExperienceExperience architecting or contributing to multi-tenant SaaS platformsExperience with Azure AI services, OpenAI integration, or other cloud-based AI toolingExperience operating in regulated or security-sensitive environmentsAbility to rapidly prototype and iterate in an R&D-focused or fast-paced environmentExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar toolsAbout BlueVoyantAt BlueVoyant, we recognize that effective cyber security requires active prevention and defense across both your organization and supply chain.
