Requirements: ✓ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. ✓ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Advisor or similar role. ✓ Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, establish strong customer relationships, and close successful deals. ✓ Understanding software and technology sector trends, challenges, and opportunities. ✓ Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions that add value to their operations. ✓ Excellent communication skills to present company products and services persuasively and comprehensibly. ✓ Experience in setting and achieving monthly and annual sales quotas. ✓ Aptitude for attitude and motivation, showcasing adaptability in a dynamic team environment. Main functions and activities: 1. Identify sales opportunities • Conduct market research to identify potential clients. • Make cold calls and emails to initiate conversations. • Use social media and online platforms to find prospects. • Attend trade fairs and industry events to make contacts. • Gather information about prospects' needs and challenges. 2. Present software solutions • Conduct practical live or virtual demonstrations. • Tailor presentations to clients' specific needs. • Highlight critical features and benefits of software solutions. • Respond to customer questions and objections effectively. • Provide free trials or product evaluations if appropriate. 3. Negotiate and close deals • Assess customer needs and budgets for suitable offers. • Negotiate contract terms, including prices and conditions. • Overcome customer objections and concerns. • Obtain customer commitment to close the sale. • Prepare and present formal business proposals. 4. Maintain customer relationships • Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide ongoing support, including issue resolution. • Identify additional cross-selling or upselling opportunities. • Collect feedback and testimonials from satisfied customers. • Communicate regularly with customers to maintain strong relationships. 5.
