We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and lead the account management efforts for our new staffing business unit. You will partner closely with our recruiting and client services team to find talent for our global, enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of MSP/VMS or Enterprise Accounts, previous experience in Client Services or Account Management, and excellent interpersonal communication ability. If you are a well-rounded professional with amazing communication and organizational skills, resourceful, self-sufficient, service-minded, and collaborative, we would love to have you on board! Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of job orders from the client through a vendor management system (VMS). - Distribute job orders to internal fulfillment team and manage submittal process for qualified candidates. - Review and vet resumes to ensure candidates meet job requirements; work with recruitment on receiving additional information as needed or explaining when candidates do not meet requirements - Host or participate in qualification calls hosted by client contacts and provide information obtained to internal team - Coordinate, schedule and confirm interview details including time, location, contact information and additional notes for interviewing candidates - Request feedback on submitted candidates from managed accounts and relay information received to the designated team member(s) - Partner with internal teams to facilitate onboarding of new hires - Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations
