Hiring Client Success Managers for our client, a midsize digital marketing agency with clients globally. Acting as the bridge between our internal delivery teams and clients, the CSM will ensure seamless communication, clear project coordination, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. This role is critical to shaping the client experience and driving operational excellence within the agency. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: • Own the client journey from onboarding to renewal, ensuring every touchpoint is professional, supportive, and clear. • Lead client-facing communication including updates, check-ins, and status calls. • Proactively manage expectations and follow up on client needs with professionalism. Project Coordination & Operational Support: • Oversee account management tasks including contracts, onboarding, payments, and client requests. • Coordinate with internal teams through ClickUp and Slack to ensure on-time project delivery aligned with client goals. • Track milestones, deadlines, and bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution. Proposal & Presentation Support: • Use Canva to make light edits to proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials (design assets provided). Reporting & Retention: • Monitor campaign and account performance (ads, SEO, influencer campaigns, etc.) to flag risks and identify upsell opportunities. • Provide insights and strategies to strengthen client retention and satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3+ years in a Client Success or Account Manager role within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency. • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and performance marketing frameworks. • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. • Proficiency in ClickUp, HighLevel, Slack, and Canva. • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and fluent in written and spoken English. Bonus Experience: • Managing PR campaigns, influencer partnerships, or brand deals. • Experience developing retention strategies for high-value clients.
