It's more of a dream... I spent the last decade building one of the best ad agencies in the world. After selling it in 2022, I've been figuring out what's next. My answer: helping as many people as possible achieve true freedom - time freedom, location freedom, and financial freedom. Especially those in emerging nations who weren't born with the same opportunities I was. Why you might NOT want this job: - I'm not a manager - I need self-driven people who don't need constant oversight. - The work is challenging - no easy days here. - We're building something new - no guidebook or template. - You'll need a quiet workspace with reliable power and internet. What you'll do: - Manage lots of communication through many different channels. - Juggle multiple projects simultaneously across multiple business units. - Fix things and put out fires. - Think ahead and mitigate risks. - Bring new ideas to improve our operations. The details: - Executive Assistant starts at $1,500 per month. - Full-time work (40hrs/week). - Fully remote - work from anywhere (must work a US time zone). - 60-day trial period to make sure we're the right fit for each other. - 20 days of paid time off per year to use at your discretion. - Real growth opportunities (my first EA became my company's CTO and is now my business partner!).
