Job Title: Recruiter (Open for freshers) Location: Remote Shift Timing: Night Shift (6 pm to 2 am IST) Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: * Maintain and update client profiles, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles to ensure accuracy, appeal, and alignment with target job roles. * Identify suitable job opportunities, customizing applications to emphasize client strengths and match job requirements. * Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, collect information, and discuss potential job opportunities. * Stay informed about industry trends, job market developments, and emerging openings to provide clients with the best options. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout the job search process. * Gather feedback from clients and employers to improve the recruitment process and enhance client profiles. * Handle all client information with confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple client profiles and job applications simultaneously. * Knowledge of the US job market and employment regulations is an advantage. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
