Job Title: Lead Technician Location: San Francisco, CA (hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Skills/Abilities: • Need to have 7 – 10 years of experience in electrical and electronic security equipment installation and repair experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude. • Experience with the installation, servicing, and programming of one or more of the following access control systems: Software House, Lenel, Brivo, Openpath, and Avigilon is preferred. • Must have experience in PTZ and IP camera installation, programming, and addressing. • Knowledge and practical experience with the internet and networking are essential. • Must be able to work independently and resolve problems to our customers’ satisfaction. • Must possess a valid driving license and a clean MVR. Responsibilities: • Candidate must be able to successfully demonstrate installation and servicing skills. Programming, configuring, testing, and commissioning of systems, and performing service maintenance on the following: - Access control systems, including Corporate and enterprise level. - Video management systems. - Cloud IP video and access control. - Visitor management systems. - Security communication systems. - Optical turnstiles. - NVR's and DVR's. Education: • High School (or GED) minimum requirement. • Electronics training from a Technical School or Military training in electronics or communications (preferred) • Security 101 is a DFWP and EOE.
