We are looking for a highly motivated Compensation and Benefits Consultant with experience in the EMEA and US markets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies, managing benefits programs, conducting compensation and benefits analysis, and collaborating with HR and finance teams. You will also need to have a solid understanding of compensation practices, benefits design, and global mobility programs, as well as in-depth knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits in EMEA and the US.
