Bókun, a subsidiary of Tripadvisor, is a rapidly growing travel technology company that offers cutting-edge solutions to the Tours and Experiences industry. We seek a highly motivated and experienced UK Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the UK market, initially on a 12 Month Fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong SaaS sales and marketing background, a deep understanding of the travel and tourism industry, and exceptional relationship-building skills. This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships, onboarding new suppliers, and creating tailored marketing strategies while contributing to a playbook for future market expansion. Responsibilities: - Develop, own and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the UK market, focused on increasing revenue, engagement, and brand visibility. - Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with new suppliers, including tour operators, activity providers, resellers and OTAs - Build and maintain strong relationships with key UK travel and tourism stakeholders. - Create and implement targeted marketing and sales strategies to increase Bókun's market share and visibility in the UK. - Collaborate with the global team to share insights, best practices, and market intelligence, contributing to developing a playbook for expanding Bókun's presence in other markets. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring a favourable return on investment and informing future market expansion strategies. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as a representative of Bókun, promoting our offerings and establishing connections with potential partners.
