Envoy is seeking a Product Manager for the Admin Platform to lead the strategy and execution of platform features that create a cohesive Envoy admin experience. The ideal candidate will influence, inspire, and lead teams to build products and features that customers use and love, while contributing positively to Envoy's business. This role requires at least 3 days a week in the Seattle Office and offers a high degree of trust in your ideas and execution, an opportunity to partner and collaborate with other talented people, and support for personal and professional growth. The expected cash compensation for this role in Seattle, Washington is $153K-$170K annually. Responsibilities: - Visit and talk to customers, aggregate feedback from internal customer-facing teams, and evaluate customer usage metrics to determine and prioritize the jobs-to-be-done and problems to tackle - Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement solutions, work with tech partners to build out integrations, and establish goals and KPIs for the products or features - Cultivate a great culture where team members can do their best work, promote ownership and accountability, and drive priorities to improve
