Responsibilities

No Moss is an Agility, Product Development and Tech Consultancy company that guides businesses to thrive as the very best version of themselves. As a business we are dedicated to growth; growth of our activities, growth of our staff and growth in our ability to ‘do good’. Our purpose is our people’s purpose. That means that we’re looking for ways to help you find your purpose and spend your life in its pursuit and maximisation. We call that the #PursuitOfTheUngooglable. As a consultancy, we provide a special rate card accessible only to non-profits; about 10% of our profits go directly toward our non-profit partners, including One Child and Cause Corps; and our skilled volunteering opportunities are directed toward the latter. We, and hopefully you, want to learn and grow and #DoTheUngooglable. Joining as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach at No Moss Co , you will consult into a portfolio of clients, ranging from improving collaboration within small not-for-profit teams to transforming large international tier 1 organisations into agile enterprises. You will identify and solve client challenges, utilising agile-aligned techniques in a manner most effective for their situation. You will overlook the client’s ways of working to ensure a level of baseline consistency across the organisation, while allowing for localised variances and efficiencies. You will coach all levels of the organisation in appropriate frameworks and mindsets allowing them to use collaborate to their full potential. You will run diagnostics on the company’s agile maturity and introduce new strategies to increase the maturity across the business.
