Adventure Expansion Manager (Remote) at Much Better Adventures

We are hiring two outstanding adventurers to join our Adventure Expansion team. You will be responsible for finding and curating new adventures around the globe. Your role will involve researching new destinations, negotiating terms and pricing, writing copy, and sourcing content to create top-selling trips. You should have a passion for adventure travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a remote team. Responsibilities: - Research and find unique and appealing itineraries operated by local hosts - Contact potential partners, build relationships, and negotiate pricing and contractual agreements - Curate new product collections with local hosts - Review product performances and identify market trends - Expand the company's global offering - Develop new itineraries and optimize existing product range - Contribute to product growth strategy and direction
