We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our Fraud Prevention team at Santander. As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will partner with Agile Delivery Leads, Technical Experts, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Development and QA Engineers to implement tools and platforms that continuously deliver quality to our customers. Your responsibilities will include owning the release engineering, infrastructure provisioning and management, system administration, and security functions of our squads, as well as utilising, provisioning, and maintaining CI/CD tooling. You will also be involved in writing and maintaining build/deploy scripts via Jenkins and GitHub Actions, defining and maintaining the compute, storage and networking resources required to host our applications, and assisting in the migration of our core services from OpenShift to AWS EKS. The ideal candidate will have practical experience using Docker & Kubernetes or OpenShift, knowledge and usage of Source Code Management tools such as GitLab/GitHub, experience in ALM tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, and the ability to drive continuous technical and process improvements in our DevOps function.
