🔵 About the role: ◽ We are on the search for a dedicated digital product designer to spearhead design elements, encompassing both user experience and user interface, for various software products. Your pivotal role will be to create digital experiences that facilitate the scaling of distributed energy systems, like microgrids. 🔵 Qualifications: ◽ Solid track record as a product or UX/UI designer for digital interfaces. ◽ Proficiency in simplifying intricate concepts and user workflows, especially for data-intensive products. ◽ Experience with both internal and client-facing software products. ◽ Adeptness in leading user research and usability testing. ◽ A proactive mindset, driven by self-motivation. ◽ A strong inclination for neat design and straightforwardness. ◽ Proficiency in design tools, with a preference for Figma. ◽ A penchant for quick iterations and experimentation, often prioritizing functionality over aesthetic perfection. ◽ Openness to feedback from all company sectors and its clientele. ◽ Familiarity with standardizing components on React/Material UI libraries. ◽ Quick adaptability to energy concepts; prior industry experience is a bonus.
