About the role Are you passionate about preventive healthcare and eager to drive innovation in clinical care? Neko Health is looking for an experienced and visionary Clinical Lead Doctor to take a central role in leading our clinical operations in London. The role is part Leadership & Management, and part Clinical Practice.Hours Part-time, four days per week, 1.5 days on management activity, 2.5 days on service provision.Key Management ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and ensuring compliance with CQC registration.Line management of clinic doctors.Performing regular 121s and sit ins with clinic doctors.Recruitment of clinic staff.Cascading and implementing changes to practice.Ensuring compliance with clinical SOPs and protocols.Monitoring KPIs.Overseeing incident reporting and risk management.Reviewing the quality of medical care provided.Providing feedback to doctors on the quality of their medical care.Monitoring and feeding back on rebooking rate and customer satisfaction.Liaising with customer care on complaints handling.Working with the Lead GP for the UK on clinical governance.Key Service Provision ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough health screenings and assessments.Translate complex diagnostic results into actionable insights.Craft personalised plans for lifestyle change to improve health outcomes.Liaise with our members’ GPs for seamless patient care coordination.Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate and improve patient care.Stay abreast of the latest developments in medical diagnostics & preventive health.Champion patient education, inspiring proactive health management.Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records.Contribute to clinical quality improvement activity.Participate in our research programs.Collaborate with teams across Neko to develop and improve our technology.To work flexibly, and to adapt and update your skills as the role requires.QualificationsGMC-registered with a license to practice in the UK.MRCGP qualified.Significant experience working independently as a GP.Strong understanding of health screening and diagnostic procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.What we offer We offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development.
