Our end-to-end technology solutions cover a wide range of needs for Banking, Financial Services, Utilities, Insurance, Retail organisations, and beyond. We are looking for an Atlassian Products Administrator / Engineer to join Qualco’s growing Business Process Improvement team, with the aim of running the day-to-day administration of our Atlassian Products, including user management, workflow design, configuration and automation, dashboard creation, and troubleshooting in accordance with company standards and best practices. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary administrator for organization’s Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) - Configure and maintain Jira workflows, fields, permissions, notifications, and plugins to support organizational processes - Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports in Jira to track project progress and identify issues - Integrate Jira with other tools used by the organization - Monitor system performance and capacity, and take proactive measures to prevent or resolve issues - Migrate data from legacy systems into Jira and Confluence - Write and maintain documentation related to Atlassian Products - Train new users on Atlassian Products - Serve as a liaison between the organization and Atlassian product related external stakeholders - Working with Business Process Improvement team and related roles across the organisation to continuously improve Atlassian Products, based on the business needs - Reviewing and approving requests for new user access to Jira - Reviewing new features and functionality that may need to be added based on internal stakeholder’s feedback - Communicating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for new projects or changes to existing projects
