Position Overview: We're looking for a Remote Social Media Content Creator who specializes in TikTok to help grow our audience and build brand awareness. You’ll receive videos and photos from our team and be responsible for editing, posting, and managing our TikTok content, along with running ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Edit short-form videos and photos (provided by our team) into high-performing TikTok content. • Develop creative, on-brand ideas that highlight our fence projects and company personality. • Manage our TikTok account, including posting, engagement, and growth strategies. • Run and manage TikTok ads to increase visibility and generate leads. • Stay current with trends, audio, formats, and platform updates. • Monitor analytics and adjust content strategy to improve performance. Qualifications: • Proven experience creating and managing TikTok content (must provide portfolio or samples). • Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc. • Experience running TikTok ad campaigns. • Creative, organized, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail. • Able to work remotely and manage flexible hours independently. • Familiarity with home improvement or the Boston area is a plus, but not required.
