Job DescriptionWe are expanding our team for established start-up Incogni, a privacy-tech tool developed by Surfshark. We seek a talented professional who will kick our Incogni community and social media up a notch with adequate content, planning, execution, and management of our online presence. Join our Incogni marketing squad to dive into privacy and data protection and experience a hands-on masterclass on building a worldwide success story from an initial idea.What you will doBuild a community around the Incogni brand, curating Incogni's presence on community platforms, including Reddit;Identify community trends for proactive communications, creating engagement on community platforms;Maintain our social media profiles while executing our communications strategy;Craft compelling copy, engage with other users and key opinion leaders, and provide journalists with relevant insights;Own the community building and social media OKRs (focus on organic growth and engagement);Monitor and analyse the key engagement metrics, assessing the performance of content and recommending necessary changes.And you can check offProven experience as a community manager, social media manager, or a similar role;Experience in building a community around brands (experience in building community programs from scratch in fast-paced start-ups would be a plus);Knowledge of best practices for the communities, mainly Reddit--preferably an avid user, with bonus points for experience in moderating subreddits;Experience in managing campaigns and crafting engaging copy on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Bonus points if youHave experience with customer service;Know the Incogni product.Here's the dealGrowth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best.
