About HelloNote: HelloNote is a fast-growing SaaS company that provides a powerful electronic medical record (EMR) platform for physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs), and speech-language pathologists (SLPs). Our software simplifies documentation, scheduling, billing, and compliance for outpatient and mobile therapy clinics across the United States. We are on a mission to empower clinicians to focus more on patient care and less on paperwork—and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our customer base. What You'll Do: * Identify, qualify, and engage leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social outreach. * Schedule product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects. * Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot). * Research therapy clinics, decision-makers, and industry trends to refine outreach strategies. * Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve messaging, funnels, and lead quality. * Hit weekly and monthly activity and conversion targets. What We're Looking For: * 2+ years of SDR, telemarketing, or inside sales experience (preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment). * Fluent in English (B2+ or C1 level) — verbal and written. * Experience with U.S. healthcare systems or providers is a strong plus. * Previous exposure to healthtech, EMR, or telehealth platforms is a big advantage. * Self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills. * Comfortable working independently and meeting KPIs in a remote setup. * Proficient with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace.
