This role involves managing creator platforms, overseeing review and content tracking, supporting negative review resolution (Heart Repair), and ensuring excellent customer support across all channels. If you're organized, self-driven, and comfortable working with creators, dashboards, and multiple tools—this role is for you! 🧩 Core Responsibilities ✅ UGC Platform & Creator Management: • Manage creator pipelines across platforms like JoinBrands, Insense, Joylink, etc. • Approve qualified creators and maintain content logs. • Monitor performance and maintain creator blacklists. ✅ Content Approvals & Tracking: • Review and approve content submissions for quality and compliance. • Keep trackers, review logs, and spreadsheets consistently updated. • Flag missing or subpar content for internal follow-up. ✅ Negative Review Monitoring (“Heart Repair”): • Track negative reviews across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Judge.me, etc. • Log issues, coordinate with internal teams, and follow up on resolutions. • Maintain and update Heart Repair outcomes regularly. ✅ Customer Support: • Respond to queries across Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, HelpScout, Instagram, and more. • Ensure responses meet SLA timelines. • Record FAQs and customer insights to help refine support processes. ✅ TikTok Affiliate Coordination: • Communicate with affiliates to ensure content is submitted on time. • Track affiliate content delivery, order fulfillment, and engagement. • Maintain accountability and performance dashboards. 🧠 Areas of Specialization: • UGC & Creator Management: Manages campaign pipelines and platform quality. • Customer Service: Handles multi-channel support and query resolution. • Review Monitoring: Oversees real-time negative feedback and repairs reputation. • Affiliate Management: Maintains consistent follow-up with TikTok creators. • Tracker Maintenance: Ensures internal dashboards/logs are always up-to-date. 🛠 Tools You’ll Use: • JoinBrands. • Shopify. • TikTok Shop. • HelpScout. • TextMagic. • Browserflow. • Google Drive. • Notion. • Slack. • Review Dashboards.
