🔍 Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Success Specialist to support the daily operations of our UGC campaigns, customer service channels, and affiliate creator management. This role involves managing creator platforms, overseeing review and content tracking, supporting negative review resolution (Heart Repair), and ensuring excellent customer support across all channels.

🧩 Core Responsibilities
✅ UGC Platform & Creator Management:
• Manage creator pipelines across platforms like JoinBrands, Insense, Joylink, etc.
• Approve qualified creators and maintain content logs.
• Monitor performance and maintain creator blacklists.
✅ Content Approvals & Tracking:
• Review and approve content submissions for quality and compliance.
• Keep trackers, review logs, and spreadsheets consistently updated.
• Flag missing or subpar content for internal follow-up.
✅ Negative Review Monitoring (“Heart Repair”):
• Track negative reviews across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Judge.me, etc.
• Log issues, coordinate with internal teams, and follow up on resolutions.
• Maintain and update Heart Repair outcomes regularly.
✅ Customer Support:
• Respond to queries across Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, HelpScout, Instagram, and more.
• Ensure responses meet SLA timelines.
• Record FAQs and customer insights to help refine support processes.
✅ TikTok Affiliate Coordination:
• Communicate with affiliates to ensure content is submitted on time.
• Track affiliate content delivery, order fulfillment, and engagement.
• Maintain accountability and performance dashboards.
