About the jobOur East Coast client is seeking an EPIC Cadence Certified Analyst with the Decision Tree Badge who will be responsible for design sessions. They are seeking one who is also a strong communicator. This is a contracted role with the targeted start of two weeks after offer until the end of the year.WORK LOCATION: Ideally the client would like hybrid to Brecksville, Ohio, however, fully remote may be granted for the applicant that fits their needs.WORK SCHEDULE: Standard work weekResponsibilitiesAnalyze patient scheduling workflows to identify required logic pathwaysDesign and maintain scheduling-focused decision trees within Epic CadenceCollaborate with internal stakeholders and client SMEs to gather requirements and validate workflowsTranslate operational guidelines—including Epic Cadence workflows—into clear, structured logicUtilize approved tools to create, update, and optimize decision tree logicConduct branch-level testing to identify errors, inefficiencies, or missing stepsMaintain documentation, changelogs, and version control for all logic updatesPartner with Training and QA to ensure decision trees support accurate agent performanceProvide support during Go-Live, Grad Bay, and stabilization, troubleshooting logic issues as neededEnsure workflows comply with HIPAA, client standards, and internal quality requirementsIdentify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes and improve agent efficiencyMaintain communication with Operations, PMO, IT, and client partners regarding updates, risks, and required changesSupport post-Go-Live workflow adjustments to maintain accuracy as client needs evolveWhat is requiredMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience designing scheduling decision trees or workflow logicMUST be Epic Cadence certified and hold the Epic Decision Tree BadgeComfortable leading design session meetings and presenting to groups including physicians, directors, and client leadershipAbility to travel periodically for client meetings, onsite workflow validation, or training sessionsExperience with workflow design, process mapping, or logic modelingStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilitiesAbility to collaborate effectively across departments and client teamsCapable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyPreferredFamiliarity with healthcare scheduling operations.Employee benefits401(k)Health insurancePaid time offWellness program
