You'll manage client relationships, coordinate deliverables, and make sure every client feels taken care of. If you're an experienced client success specialist, account manager, or agency operations lead who thrives on communication and organization, this is for you. What You'll Do - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients - Run regular check-ins and performance updates - Coordinate with our media buying, creative, and copy teams - Monitor account health, payments, and campaign deliverables - Surface issues to the founders proactively with context What We're Looking For - 2+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing - C2 or native English (non-negotiable, daily client calls) - LATAM-based, available 12pm-5pm EST Mon-Fri - Tech-savvy with ClickUp, Notion, Slack - Organized, detail-oriented, proactive What Success Looks Like - Clients feel informed, supported, and excited about working with us - Communication between clients and the team flows seamlessly - Issues get caught early and surfaced with clarity What We Offer - Part-time, around 25 hours per week - $15 USD per hour to start, raises tied to performance - Direct access to the C-suite, no middle management - Long-term role with room to grow as we scale Why You'll Love Working Here We're a founder-led agency growing fast, looking for someone to come in, take ownership of this role, and grow with us as we scale.
