Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: Outside Sales (Primary Focus): - Identify and generate new leads through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking. - Research-target accounts and build qualified lead lists. - Conduct initial discovery calls and qualify prospects. - Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team. - Attend virtual conferences or networking events as needed. CRM & Database Management: - Maintain and update the CRM. - Log all activities, notes, and follow-ups accurately. - Ensure data hygiene and pipeline organization. Follow-Ups & Lead Nurturing: - Execute timely follow-ups with leads and prospects. - Maintain consistent communication to move leads through the sales funnel. - Re-engage dormant leads and warm up cold prospects. Inside Sales / Client Success (Secondary): - Support existing clients with inquiries and ensure satisfaction. - Assist with onboarding new customers as needed. - Handle light post-sale support and upsell opportunities. What We're Looking For: - 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role. - Strong communication skills (written and verbal). - Experience with CRMs. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets. - Comfortable with outbound sales and cold outreach. - Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls.
