We are hiring a US IT Technical Recruiter (Remote) with 5+ years of experience in US staffing to manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT roles.The ideal candidate should have strong experience sourcing through platforms like Dice and LinkedIn, working on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements, understanding US visa/work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, EAD), and handling rate negotiation, screening, and interview coordination.Experience with VMS/MSP, ATS tools like Jobdiva or Ceipal, and hiring across technologies such as Cloud, DevOps, Java, Data, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity is highly preferred.The role requires excellent communication, strong pipeline-building skills, and the ability to work independently during US business hours.
