Let the magic happen!If you're interested in this opportunity, click APPLY TO POSITION to proceed.OverviewThis rapidly growing organization is seeking two Business Support Virtual Assistants to support recruiting operations and help manage the front-end of the hiring funnel.The company is currently experiencing significant growth across multiple physical locations, resulting in a high volume of open positions and increased recruiting demands.The VAs will assist with resume review, candidate sourcing, applicant organization, and recruiting workflow support to help the internal recruiting team move candidates through the hiring process more efficiently.This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented recruiting support role best suited for candidates with prior recruiting or sourcing experience.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Candidate Review & Screening SupportReview incoming resumes and applicationsOrganize and bucket candidates into workable categories based on qualificationsIdentify candidates that meet role requirements and forward them to the recruiting teamRecruiting & Sourcing SupportConduct candidate sourcing through platforms such as:LinkedInIndeedOther recruiting/job board platformsAssist with identifying qualified candidates for open positionsSupport recruiting outreach and pipeline organization effortsRecruiting Workflow CoordinationMaintain organized candidate tracking processesHelp ensure recruiting workflows remain updated and accurateSupport the recruiting team with high-volume hiring needsAdministrative Recruiting SupportAssist with recruiting-related administrative tasksMaintain organized records and candidate informationSupport fast-moving recruiting operations across multiple open rolesEach engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEPrior recruiting or sourcing experience requiredHighly organized and detail-orientedGoal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable reviewing large volumes of resumes and candidate informationStrong communication and organizational skillsAble to work independently while maintaining accuracy and consistencySkillsThe Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support rolesExperience using LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruiting platformsComfortable working with applicant tracking systems or candidate databasesStrong organizational and administrative skillsStrong written and verbal English communicationWork ScheduleContracted Hours per Week: 40 HoursScheduled Working Days: Monday through FridayDaily Working Time: 8 AM to 5 PM ESTNote: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW.
