We are looking for an experienced iCIMS Technical Consultant to join our growing team. If you have strong expertise in iCIMS configuration, integrations, reporting, and ATS administration, we'd love to connect with you!Key Responsibilities:Configure iCIMS workflows, job templates, forms, career sites, candidate stages, communications, and permissions.Build and maintain Business Rules, automation, and event-driven processes.Develop and support integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Background Check Vendors, Assessment Platforms, Job Boards, CRM, SSO/IDP, and Scheduling Tools.Work on API integrations (REST/SOAP), Webhooks, SFTP, MuleSoft, Workato, and Boomi.Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs including Time-to-Fill, Pipeline Health, Source Effectiveness, DEI Metrics, and Recruiter SLAs.Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, EEOC/OFCCP requirements.Provide L2/L3 support, incident management, root-cause analysis, testing, release management, and stakeholder collaboration.Skills Required:iCIMS ATS Configuration & AdministrationAPI Integrations (REST/SOAP)Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM IntegrationsMuleSoft, Workato, BoomiReporting & AnalyticsData Governance & ComplianceApplication Support & TroubleshootingAgile Delivery & Stakeholder Management
