We're looking for a Legal Operations Supervisor to lead and support our legal operations team, oversee daily workflows, drive operational efficiency, and ensure high standards of quality and compliance across our case management processes.In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze performance metrics, implement best practices, and help create an environment where teams can thrive and deliver exceptional results.What we're looking for:Familiarity with operational methodologies such as Lean or process standardization.Leadership experience managing teams and driving performanceStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience with case management systems and operational reportingMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in legal operations, business operations, or a similar administrative/coordination role, especially in family-based and VAWA cases.
