I'm hiring a Principal Sales Engineer for one of the most ambitious fintech infrastructure plays I've come across...What they're building: the rails for real-time, 24/7 movement of digital money—bridging traditional finance and digital assets through tokenization. Pre-launch, well-backed and building something genuinely category-defining.This role sits at the seam of sales and engineering. You'll be the technical voice in front of bank treasury, ops, and compliance teams: running demos, sandbox walkthroughs and full test flows (tokenization, settlement, redemption, reporting) and then owning the journey from signed deal to fully-live on the network.What we're looking for:Hands on experience in payments, fintech or banking infrastructure (vendor or bank-side)Strong technical fluency: APIs, ISO 20022, SWIFT MT, NACHADirect experience with a major bank core (FIS, Fiserv, Finastra) + modern payment platforms (Modern Treasury, etc.)Comfort building from scratch in an early-stage environmentBonus: tokenized deposits, stablecoins or blockchain experienceThis is remote, US-based with some travel expected...
