This role is foundational: not in setting strategy, but in ensuring execution happens consistently, cleanly, and at high velocity.You will serve as the operational backbone of our early growth efforts, managing the systems, workflows, and day-to-day execution that keep our external motion running.If you’re excited to work closely with founders, support early growth efforts, and help build the operational engine behind how a company shows up to the world, we’d love to talk. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to founders and company-building at an early stage.Growth & Marketing ExecutionManage LinkedIn and X presence (company and founders)Draft and publish content (posts, blogs, newsletters)Support website content updates, messaging refreshes, and distribution of external communicationsCommercial & Pipeline OperationsManage CRM hygiene, workflows, and trackingEnsure all interactions are logged and progressedCreate dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into outreach, meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline activityOutbound & Engagement SupportExecute outbound and marketing-support campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and content-driven channelsManage follow-ups and nurture sequencesEvents & LogisticsCoordinate conference and event logisticsSupport event preparation, scheduling, attendee tracking, and post-event follow-up coordination Support pre/post-event outreachAbout YouWe’re looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented operator who wants to learn quickly, execute consistently, and help build the infrastructure of an early-stage company.You Likely Have:3/4 years of relevant work experience (startup, biotech, consulting, or similar high- performance environments preferred)Proactive and self-directedInterested in biotech / AIComfortable using AI tools to support research, writing, and workflow automationCommunicate clearly, manage ambiguity wellOperate with high trust, low ego, and strong personal accountability.Demonstrate sound judgment, curiosity, and high emotional intelligenceRequired Skills & CompetenciesDemonstrates consistent, high-quality execution across multiple workflows.Nothing falls through the cracks, especially in communication, follow-ups, and CRM management.Able to write clearly and effectively across formats, including emails, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and internal updates. Comfortable drafting content on behalf of founders and the company.Highly structured in how work is managed. Able to maintain clean systems for tracking outreach, conversations, and pipeline activity.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with limited structure.Takes initiative, moves quickly, and does not wait for perfect direction.Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. Follows through on commitments and ensures continuity across ongoing workstreams.Clear, timely communicator, both internally and externally.
