We operate across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades through a disciplined buy-and-build model — acquiring best-in-class regional operators and building the infrastructure to scale them.We are in an active growth phase. That means the systems, processes, and technology that will define how we operate at scale are being built right now — and the person in this role will build them.THE OPPORTUNITYThis is a builder role. We run ServiceTitan across multiple OpCo brands on separate instances today, and we need someone to bring structure, standardization, and strategic architecture to our entire field technology stack — then lead the consolidation as we scale.You will own everything ServiceTitan touches: configuration, workflow design, dispatch architecture, reporting, integrations, and acquisition onboarding. You will set the standard for how our platform runs inside the tool — and enforce it.WHAT YOU'LL DOAudit and remediate existing ServiceTitan configurations across all OpCo instances — identify gaps, inconsistencies, and revenue leakage in current setupDesign and document the Columbia ST standard: job types, price books, dispatch boards, membership structures, reporting taxonomies, and integration logicOwn the ST onboarding playbook for acquired companies — from day-one data migration through full integration to platform standardManage 2 direct reports and a network of ST contractors; set their priorities, QA their work, and hold them accountable to timelinesPartner with GMs and field operators across OpCos to drive adoption — including change management in markets where operators have run their own way for 20+ yearsBuild the reporting infrastructure that gives leadership real-time visibility into booking rates, technician productivity, revenue per truck, and membership penetrationEvaluate and manage integrations across the tech stack — phone systems, marketing attribution, financing, and BI toolsLead the phased consolidation from separate ST instances to a unified platform architecture as the business scalesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORRequired:4+ years hands-on ServiceTitan configuration and administration experience — you can build a price book, restructure a dispatch board, and architect a membership program from scratchBackground in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or adjacent trades) — you understand how a service call actually moves from booking to invoiceExperience managing or coordinating a team, including external contractors or vendorsDemonstrated ability to drive adoption across field operators who didn't ask for change — you know how to bring GMs along, not just push config updatesComfort operating in a private equity-backed, fast-moving environment where priorities shift and timelines are realStrong Plus:Experience supporting multi-location or multi-brand ST environmentsFamiliarity with buy-and-build integration workflows — data migration, instance merging, pricebook standardizationExposure to adjacent tools: Phones (Avochato, CallRail), marketing attribution platforms, financing integrations (Wisetack, GreenSky), or BI tools (Looker, PowerBI)WHY THIS ROLEBuild Phase You're not inheriting a finished system.
